Inventivo Professional Services (“Inventivo”) is a financial and business consulting firm incorporated in Nigeria in February 2018. Our mission is to partner with CEOs and their leadership teams in a thought provoking and creative process that ensures the optimization and long-term sustainability of their business or organization. Chief Responsibility officer

Mrs Folasade (Sade) Odunaiya is the Chief Responsibility Officer for Inventivo Professional Services and leads all engagements. She has over thirty (30) years work experience, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a CFA Charterholder, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Sade’s working experience spans public accounting, training & facilitation, business strategy/ investment consulting, corporate governance consulting, policy development, board evaluation and performance reviews for businesses in various sectors of the Nigerian economy.

Her passion is ignited by entrepreneurs who want to grow their businesses into legacies that command valuation that rewards sweat equity handsomely. She supports them by walking each entrepreneur through the essential disciplines that transforms the business into a strong sustainable franchise.

Sade is a member of ICF Nigeria and CFA Society Nigeria. We work in co-opetition with coaches in this pool where there is a need for more than one coach in an organization or company. Sade is also a member of CFA Nigeria.
